USA Online Poker Payouts: July & August, 2016

Online Poker Payout Report

USA Online Poker Payouts: July & August, 2016

The following USA online poker payout report uses actual data taken from real user submissions on the poker forum TwoPlusTwo. Although there are a handful of regulated US online poker sites including WSOP, 888, Pokerstars, and Borgata Poker, this monthly report will focus on the sites operating from abroad. If you would like to personally submit your own online poker cash out experience, please send us an email at support@rakeback.bz, or send us a tweet @rakebackbz. Note: The number to the right of each poker network indicates our subjective grade for their cash out processing capabilities. If you are at all curious about a individual site’s cash out performance history, you can read previous cash out reports by clicking here. Before we begin this month’s analysis, here is a quick overview for all of the online poker sites listed in this report:

 CHICO POKER NETWORK 10/10

We’re only a month removed from the recent Chico Poker Network software update, but the results (and feedback) have been staggering already. After seeing the network’s cash game traffic numbers dip by nearly 30% since February, the revitalized network has already recouped all of their lost traffic, plus added a few new customers in the process. A quick glance at the numbers displayed on PokerScout show that the Chico Poker Network is now making a big push to usurp the Winning Poker Network from the #2 USA online poker traffic spot. What makes this network’s turnaround even more impressive is that this all happened while simultaneously deciding to close one of the most popular Non-USA sites on the network, PayNoRake Poker – a move that typically causes a network to lose players, not gain them. Here is everything you need to know about withdrawing your poker funds from the Chico Poker Network:

CHECK: The most common method of cashing out from the Chico Poker Network, request your cash-out on a Friday and you can claim a $50 cash-out voucher. In order to receive your $50 cash-out voucher, simply make your withdrawal on a Friday, and make a note of it in the “comments box” of the cash-out request form. This Friday voucher is only eligible on your first withdrawal of the month – each additional check per month has a fee of up to $50. The maximum amount allowed per check is $2,500. Checks are sent via mail with a $25 fee, courier with a $35 fee, or express with a $50 fee, and typically arrive through FedEx or DHL. Depending on your location, you may have to give a signature prior to receiving your envelope. The Chico Poker Network will not send checks to a PO Box. Players may request a check payout once per week. Estimated Wait Time: Within 7 days.

BITCOIN: Bitcoin is easily the fastest withdrawal option available on the Chico Poker Network. The maximum amount allowed per Bitcoin transfer is $5,000. Each Bitcoin withdrawal is charged a fee of 2%. You must wait two days prior to requesting another Bitcoin withdrawal, and can only request 3 bitcoin cash outs per week. To avoid complications in the future, we highly recommend that you withdraw using your Blockchain account. Estimated Wait Time: Within 3 days.

DEBIT CARD: A physical, ATM Only, reloadable card that can be used at any ATM machine. On the Chico Poker Network, issuing a debit card requires an activation and sending fee of $80. The maximum amount allowed per debit card withdrawal is $2,500 and is subject to a $25 fee per debit card load. You may be required to show a valid ID and utility bill prior to being granted a Chico Poker Network debit card. The maximum payout per month is $7,500. To qualify a copy of ID and Utility Bill are required. Maximum two cards per account. Despite the convenience of a debit card option on the Chico Poker Network, we do not see the appeal (especially when Bitcoin is readily available as well). Estimated Wait Time: Within 3 days.

MONEY GRAM & WESTERN UNION: If you prefer to receive cash in hand, withdrawing via MoneyGram or Western Union may be your best option. The maximum allowed per withdrawal is $995 (Western Union) and $400 (MoneyGram). Please be aware that many Western Union outlets do not process withdrawals of more than $599. If you intend to withdraw more than $599, we recommend you call your local Western Union location prior to pickup in order to clarify their limits for receiving money. Person to person payouts requested before 1PM EST will be available within a stated 5 business days. Transactions are limited to one per week. The fees associated with a person to person transfer are quite large however – For example, withdrawing $50-$100 via MoneyGram costs $26 in fees. Cashing out $995 via Western Union costs $90 in fees. Estimated Wait Time: Within 5 days.

BANK WIRE: If you are a high stakes player, bank wire cashouts on the Chico Poker Network may be your most reasonable option. Bank Wire payouts are usually very fast, usually under a week, but depending on the bank, they can take up to 15 business days. Maximum payout via this method is $24,900 per week. You can request to be paid by this method once every 3 business days. Intermediary Bank Fees may apply. The minimum amount you can request is $500, but comes with a $45 fee. A withdrawal of $5000 or higher is subject to a fee of only 1.5% though. Estimated Wait Time: Within 15 days.

 IGNITION POKER 9/10

You may not recognize this poker site’s name, but you’ve certainly heard of its predecessor. In mid-July 2016, Ignition Poker acquired full ownership and rights of Bovada’s poker business. In order to continue playing on the software you’ll need to transfer your account by September 30, 2016. After this date poker at Bovada will no longer be available. Bovada claims to have “taken all steps with Ignition Casino to ensure that this transition is a as seamless as possible” and claims that “It’s been a pleasure to offer our poker services to you for the last four years and we’ll continue to provide you with a world class casino, sportsbook and racebook experience.”

We don’t have much cash out data to report on for Ignition Poker yet, so for this month only we will continue to use information regarding Bovada Poker’s cashier. Please check back next month when more players will have successfully withdrawn funds from Ignition. Note: It is not often that you will see a site with such few cash out requests get such high praise from us. Ignition Poker is the sole exception due to it’s strong association with Bovada, the leading online poker site in the United States. If you’d like to create an account on Ignition Poker, click here to read our full review first. Here is everything you need to know about withdrawing your bankroll from Bovada/Ignition Poker:

CHECK: The most common method of withdrawal from Ignition Poker, your first check withdrawal of each calendar month is free – each additional check per month has a $50 fee. According to Ignition Poker’s website, the maximum amount allowed per check cash-out is $3000 per withdrawal. Checks are sent via express courier and typically arrive through FedEx or DHL. Depending on your location, you may have to give a signature prior to receiving your envelope. Ignition Poker will not send checks to a PO Box. Estimated Wait Time: Within 12 days.

BITCOIN: Players can deposit anywhere between $20 and $5,000, and can withdraw between $20 and $9,500 per transaction. Ignition Poker does not charge any fees for Bitcoin deposits or withdrawals. Bitcoin funds are usually available within a minute of making the transaction. In the rare instance that this isn’t the case, it could take up to 15 minutes. Estimated Wait Time: Within 3 days.

MONEYGRAM & WESTERN UNION: Withdrawing via a rapid transfer is a great option for players looking to make a small, cash withdrawal. The maximum allowed per withdrawal is only $300, but can be increased if you sweet talk a support agent. Please be aware that many Western Union outlets do not process withdrawals of more than $599. If you intend to withdraw more than $599, we recommend you call your local Western Union location prior to pickup in order to clarify their limits for receiving money. Estimated Wait Time: Within 5 days.

 WINNING POKER NETWORK 9/10

With OSS Cub3d in full effect, plus the next installment of the Million Dollar Saunday $540 Buy-In – $1,000,000 Guaranteed set to take place this upcoming Sunday (September 4th, 2016), the Winning Poker Network is doing it’s best to come through on their promise to be the premier destination for online poker players in the United States. Here is everything you need to know about cashing out your bankroll on the Winning Poker Network:

CHECK: One of the most popular methods of withdrawals from the Winning Poker Network, your first check withdrawal of each calendar month is free – each additional check per month has a $65 fee. The maximum amount allowed per check is $2,995. Checks are sent via express courier and typically arrive through FedEx or DHL. Depending on your location, you may have to give a signature prior to receiving your envelope. The Winning Poker Network will not send checks to a PO Box. Estimated Wait Time: Within 14 days.

BITCOIN: The maximum amount allowed per Bitcoin transfer is $25,000. Due to security concerns, we highly recommend you withdraw using your Blockchain account first, then transfer that money from Blockchain to your preferred Bitcoin wallet – i.e. Circle, Coinbase, or LocalBitcoins. Your first Bitcoin withdrawal of the month is free. Estimated Wait Time: Within 5 days.

DEBIT CARD: On the Winning Poker Network, issuing a debit card requires an activation and sending fee of $40 + a $5 monthly fee. The maximum amount allowed per debit card withdrawal is $2,500 and is subject to a $4.95 debit card loading fee. There is also a $3 fee for every ATM withdrawal made. You may cash-out your Winning Poker Network funds to your debit card once per week. Despite the convenience of a debit card option on the Winning Poker Network, we do not see the appeal (especially when Bitcoin is readily available as well). Estimated Wait Time: Within 3 days.

MONEYGRAM & WESTERN UNION: If you prefer to receive cash in hand, withdrawing via Western Union may be your best option. The maximum allowed per withdrawal is $1,500, but comes with some steep fees. A withdrawal of $100-$299 comes with a $60 fee; a withdrawal between $1,000-$1,500 comes with a $110 fee. Please be aware that many Western Union outlets do not process withdrawals of more than $599. If you intend to withdraw more than $599, we recommend you call your local Western Union location prior to pickup in order to clarify their limits for receiving money. Estimated Wait Time: Within 15 days.

 HORIZON POKER NETWORK 9/10

There isn’t much to report on for the Horizon Poker Network. Despite running qualifying satellites to the upcoming $250,000 TKPT St. Maartens, a tournament series taking place between November 11th and 16th at the beautiful Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, the network’s six month average traffic numbers still continue to deteriorate. In other news, players who haven’t checked out Intertops Poker and Juicy Stakes Poker’s websites in awhile will notice that both sites recently underwent a design makeover (Click here to see Intertops’ new site and click here to view Juicy Stakes’ new website). Aside from that, business is as usual at the Horizon Poker Network. Here is everything you need to know about cashing out your funds on the Horizon Poker Network:

CHECK: According to the Horizon Poker Network, each check withdrawal you request is subject to a $50 fee. However, this fee is voided for active players who continuously rake $40 per month. The maximum amount allowed per check is $3,000. Checks are sent via express courier and typically arrive through FedEx or DHL. Depending on your location, you may have to give a signature prior to receiving your envelope. The Horizon Poker Network will not send checks to a PO Box. Estimated Wait Time: Within 5 days.

BITCOIN: At this time Bitcoin is only available as a method for depositing onto the Horizon Poker Network. In order to avoid complications later, we highly recommend you deposit using your Blockchain account. Estimated Wait Time: Within 2 days.

RELATED: Claim 36% Rakeback @ Juicy Stakes Poker  →

DEBIT CARD: Debit card banking is not available on the Horizon Poker Network. That being said, we have no debit card withdrawal history to report on. Estimated Wait Time: N/A.

MONEYGRAM & WESTERN UNION: The fastest method of withdrawal available at this time, Western Union withdrawals are a fantastic way to receive your funds from the Horizon Poker Network. The maximum allowed per withdrawal is $2,000, but comes with some steep fees. A withdrawal of $100-$499 comes with a $70 fee, a withdrawal between $500-$999 comes with a $85 fee, and any withdrawal request above that (up to $2,000) has a $180 fee attached. Although these fees may seem quite large, it’s worth noting that active players who rake at least $50 per month may receive one free Western Union transfer per month. Also, please be aware that many Western Union outlets do not process withdrawals of more than $599. If you intend to withdraw more than $599, we recommend you call your local Western Union location prior to pickup in order to clarify their limits for receiving money. Estimated Wait Time: Within 5 days.

 EQUITY POKER NETWORK 0/10

At this point it feels like we are beating a dead horse, but for anyone reading this who is unaware of the situation, Full Flush Poker’s payment processing headaches continue to worry players with funds stuck in limbo on the site. Like we’ve stated in every single one our previous online poker cash out reports in the past, Full Flush Poker is not a site worth investing in. To read more quotes from angry Full Flush Poker customers, check out our previous USA online poker payouts reports, or visit the 2+2 Equity Poker Network Unofficial Deposit & Withdrawal Thread. Listed below is just one of the many comments that players are saying about Full Flush Poker these days.

The Manager of their Support Department (Malcolm) told me that they will not be sending my 12-month-old check anytime soon and that he will add me to the 'execution list' for my 2-month old Money Gram request.
