Why did BetOnline upgrade their software?
Anyone who played on the previous edition of BetOnline Poker will tell you that the software was terrible. Not only was the software simply riddled with bugs and errors, but the site also automatically attached blackjack tables to the side of the poker tables. And the only way to close out of said blackjack tables was to sit and play poker on atleast four separate tables simultaneously. Now players can enjoy playing poker, without the temptation of throwing a few dollars at the pit games.

What happened to my POP Points?
POP Points were transferred from the old BetOnline Poker software over to the new client – but under a new name. POP Points are now called Comp Points. Comp Points are valued at 10 Comp Points for each POP Point. To view your Comp Point balance, simply click on the cashier tab and look under “Tickets”.

Where are my player notes?
Due to the massive extent of theBetOnline Poker software upgrade, existing player notes could not be transferred to the new software.

Where are my poker funds?
Moving forward, all transactions on BetOnline will be deposited into your general gambling wallet for Sports, Casino, and Racebook activity. To gamble in the poker room, simply transfer your desired amount into your Poker wallet. This may seem confusing, but the process only takes a few seconds to complete.
